The gentleMACS™ Octo Dissociator with Heaters is a benchtop instrument for the fully automated and standardized
tissue dissociation or homogenization of up to eight samples. Equipped with eight individual heating units and numerous optimized and ready-to-use gentleMACS Programs the gentleMACS Octo Dissociator with Heaters offers a fully automated workflow for tissue dissociation.
TurboCycler 2 is designed specifically to enhance PCR efficiency and accuracy. It is equipped with a 7”capacitive touchscreen
and a friendly graphics user interface, which makes operation highly intuitive.With fast ramping rate and gradient PCR optimization, TurboCycler 2 greatly improves PCR processing efficiency and accuracy. The optional Wi-Fi module enables users to monitor the working status anytime via mobile devices.
Kits
Miltenyi Biotec offers cell isolation technologies based on nano-sized immunomagnetic beads in combination
with columns or micro-sized beads independently of your method of choice. Immunomagnetic beads can be chosen from the versatile cell isolation portfolio to isolate virtually any cell type from a broad range of cell sources, such as whole blood and blood products.
MACSplex Cytokine12 kit
MACSPlex assays have been designed for determining concentrations of soluble analytes in a single sample. They are
provided as MACSPlex Kits with predefined panels, ranging from 10 to 39 specificities, or as a customizable option called MACSPlex Mix. Each assay provides sufficient reagents for at least 100 tests. They can be performed in a 96-well filter plate, allowing to run 40 samples plus 8 standard curve titrations in duplicate.
MINOS PRP
With the MINOS PRP kit , only one centrifugation can be used to separate the concentrated platelet layer, the buffy coat
layer, so that the most effective and simple method of PRP treatment is possible.
In addition, the MINOS PRP kit provides a high quality PRP with a PRP concentration of about 12-17 times that of other products (about 4-6 times) .

gentleMACS™ C Tubes are used in combination with the gentleMACS Dissociators for the automated dissociation
of tissues to obtain single-cell suspensions with a high viability rate. The C Tubes are designed for safe and sterile sample handling and enable a dissociation procedure that is gentle to cells. Thus, the single-cell suspensions can be used for a wide variety of applications including cell separation, cell analysis, and cell culture.
M-Tubes
gentleMACS™ M Tubes are used in combination with the gentleMACS Dissociators for the fast and convenient
automated tissue homogenization, in order to isolate biomolecules like mRNA or total RNA, or to extract proteins. The M Tubes are designed for safe and sterile sample handling. M Tubes with Strainer are provided with a 600 μm mesh, which is pre-inserted into the tube. The strainer retains larger particles, i.e., removes them from the homogenized sample
MACS Columns were developed for the fast separation of any cell type labeled with MACS MicroBeads. By using columns you
can rely on excellent yields and purities of cells that have been minimally labeled. In addition, cell functionality is preserved following separation and isolated cells can be immediately used in the next step of your experimental workflow.
